     The issues that are before us, both abroad with immigration becoming an important factor and in the motherland itself, are monumental. Three of them are: 1) the poverty that had spread throughout the country. 2) The insecurity mainly caused by poverty and unemployment. 3) The influence of the Devil on the country through a cultural and traditional "element" called voodoo. 401-215-7792 H.O.P.E. actually stands for Haitian-American Organization for Progress and Evangelization. Our ultimate goal is to reach out those in spiritual and economic needs through the Gospel of our Savior Jesus-Christ. We actually are looking forward to help 200 children from Bossa (Baraderes) in the SouthWest of Haiti to go to school and eat, at least, a meal a day. We created a music program that started in October 2007 in Solon (St Louis du Sud) in the South of Haiti with almost 60 students. They need instruments such as guitars, drums, keyboards, violins, etc. We not only evangelize the people but we also want to contribute to their progress.  Robbygermain@yahoo.com
